Richard is a successful entrepreneur and a major voice in the world of design andpublishing. Richard founded dot429, 2+ years ago to connect the LGBT community in a professional, progressive way. Prior to dot429, he was the founder and President of Surface Publishing, where he ran Surface Magazine for over 15 years, and Intersection Magazine for 3.
18 years later after initially launching the first issue, Surface has become the focal point for a loyal community of design enthusiasts and opinion-leading readers that reside in well over 200 countries. In 2008, Richard oversaw the licensing of the Surface brand to a Beijing publishing company – and Surface China was born.
Since 2010, Richard’s focus has been on building a new brand. He has lead the launch of dot429 and is currently operating as the CEO. Called a LinkedIn for the LGBT community by the Wall Street Journal, and a visually stunning Facebook for gay men and women by the Huffington Post – dot429 has attracted a membership of over 65,000 since its launch. And attracted such partners and advertisers as David Yurman, Saks Fifth Avenue, South West Airlines, GM, and FIAT.
Brett Larson is an Emmy Award winning journalist who’s covered the world of technology and lifestyle trends. He was also critical in televisions migration with the web and digital content while at CBS television and an important voice and on camera resource for televisions switch from analogue to digital and HD.
With 20 years of experience in multiple content platforms, Brett has a unique insight into the world of media.

Wesley Ramjeet is the founder and managing partner of Profit Planners, Inc. a business advisory firm. He has over 20 years of business advisory, accounting, and tax consulting experience. Prior to Profit Planners, he was the chief financial officer of Youth Stream Media Networks, a NASDAQ company with media and retail divisions. Mr. Ramjeet began his professional career in the entrepreneurial services group at Ernst and Young LLP. During his nine years at Ernst and Young, he served both private and public companies in various industries, including technology, media, retail, manufacturing and financial services. He currently is the chairman of Micro-Cap Review, Golden Age Medical, and 3A Media. Mr. Ramjeet holds a bachelor degree in accounting from St. John’s University in New York and is a Certified Public Accountant.
